Thank you for your interest in Apartline. To make the shopping experience as simple as possible for our new customers, we have put together the following details about how the ordering procedure works:
Selecting an article If you use the categories or manufacturer search to select an article, you will arrive at an options page. Please click on any of the articles to see whether additional details have been made available for it. If you like the article, you can place it in your "shopping basket". It's not necessary to register at this point.
Search function If you already know the name of the article that you're looking for, you can speed things up by typing this name directly into the search window. If you only know a part of the article's name, you can still try using the search function.
Shopping basket Your shopping basket on the right hand side of the page is available at all times with details about its contents and price. You can change or delete the articles selected at any time using the shopping basket menu.
Registration If you're a new customer and have found the articles that you were looking for, you will be asked to register when you want to proceed to the checkout. Registered users will have to log-in. Once this has been done, you will see your account settings, invoice and delivery addresses and other important details, which you can change at any time.
Delivery address You can include up to 5 different delivery addresses in your customer account (for example your home and office address). Simply select the address that you would like to use.
Payment method If more than one payment method is available (e.g. Cash on Delivery, Direct Banktransfer, Paypal), this is where you select the one you would like.
SSL encryption technology is used to transmit all your personal details to us.
